Our client is currently looking for one exempt Senior Reservoir/Reserves Engineer in their Plano, Texas office. The position will report to the Vice President – Business Development and will require some travel. The Senior Reservoir/Reserves Engineer will be responsible for Reserves support throughout our client's Core Regions.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
• A Strong background required in Enhanced Oil Recovery (CO2) with specific knowledge of working Reserves.
• Conducts Reserves Assessments and monitors well perfomances, reporting data to external and internal groups.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum BS in Engineering with a preference in Reservoir.
• 10+ years active industry experience.
• Prior acquisitions experience and a working knowledge of AMES is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and economic analysis skills.
• Advanced level data analysis skills.
• Good team and interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Independent, self-motivated, organized, creative and results oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with assigned deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with all levels of personnel
Compensation:
Base Salary, depending on experience, is between $123-165 K; This position is Bonus Eligible (up to 30%) and the client has paid bonus each of the past 10 years.
