Job Description
The IT Systems Analyst will work to support existing business processes and in the implementation of new business processes.

The Systems Analyst must possess in-depth knowledge of the software supporting our clients environment and technology capability in general.

The Analyst is to provide technical support to End Users in training, problem solving, setting up new process for maintaining data, and maintenance of existing processes.

The Systems Analyst will lead or assist in the development of business cases to justify investment in changes or new implementation based on enabling technology.

Pre-requisites/Requirements:

Must have broad, detailed, expert knowledge of the J.D. Edwards OneWorld (version 7.333) software, implemented in a manufacturing environment. Should have a minimum of 5 years experience implementing and support

Must have knowledge of the JDE security module to allow the maintenance of security changes and additions.

Must be able to troubleshoot and solve Integrity errors.

Must be knowledgeable in the J.D. Edwards object management workbench (OMW) tool.

Must have the ability to follow policy and procedures associated with the appropriate change management of the environment.

Must understand the application of Theory of Constraints to Project Management, referred to as Critical Chain Project Management.

Must be an expert of the J.D. Edwards database and have the ability to develop reports using tools such as Excel, Crystal Reports, the JDE Enterprise report writer (ERW), or SQL and lead others in doing so.

Ability to assist in the development of staff and technical skills necessary to support the software environment.

Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor projects or large coordinated tasks, - Project Management Skills

4 Year College Degree preferred with one of the following Business majors;

Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Technology or 15 years equivalent relevant industry experience
