We are looking for a skilled, and innovative Telesales Supervisor that shares our values, and is passionate about helping us spread our culture of fun and success. A 360 Market Solutions Telesales Supervisor is responsible for managing 10-15 Telesales Agents that will be educating and selling energy subscription service to potential customers in targeted residential areas. This role will be responsible for driving sales metrics and meeting weekly and monthly sales quotas. The Telesales Supervisor will also be required to ensure quality through ongoing training and quality checks with agents.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for always putting the customer first, and an unwavering dedication to always doing the right thing. The Telesales Supervisor role will be responsible for managing an honest and trustworthy team that operates with uncompromising integrity. 360 Market solutions team members are reliable professionals that enjoy being part of a winning team, but are also able to work autonomously to move our business forward. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be sales driven, and have a positive winning attitude!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing and leading a team of 10-15 telesales representatives
Responsible for overall team performance in achieving the targeted weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
Ensure that all agreed upon metric targets for sales, costs, customer experience and other metrics are being achieved
Ensure that the telesales team is well trained and equipped to succeed in achieving both individual and team targets.
Ensure that all customer data is accounted for and processed correctly through all systems
Participate in developing a process to gather continuous feedback from clients, employees and customers
Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Companies Business Code of Conduct
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years sales management experience REQUIRED
Minimum of 2 year of Call Center sales experience REQUIRED
Minimum of 4 years sales experience REQUIRED
Energy industry experience preferred
Excellent leadership skills
Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams, meeting sales quota’s, and developing employees
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma; College degree is a plus
