General Description
360 Market Solutions is growing its residential team to keep up with client demand. We are now seeking an Outside Energy Sales Team Manager that shares our values and is passionate about helping us spread our culture of fun and success.

A 360 Market Solutions Door-to-door Sales Manager is responsible for managing 7 to 10 door-to-door sales agents that will educate and sell energy subscription services to potential customers in targeted residential areas. Agents are provided with warm leads which have been identified and prepared for a visit by the other branches of our market solutions. This means no knocking on cold doors.
 
Ideal candidates have a passion to always put the customer first and an unwavering dedication to do the right thing. The sales manager will be responsible for managing an honest and trustworthy team that operates with uncompromising integrity. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, have a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a positive attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of 7 to 10 door-to-door agents
  • Ensure overall team sales and customer experience performance
  • Provide training, leadership, and guidance to ensure team members are well-equipped to complete their tasks
  • Ensure that all agents adhere to the Door-to-door Agent Code of Conduct
  • Ensure that all customer data is accounted for and processed correctly through all systems
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Conduct quality checks to verify agent effectiveness and customer experience 

Qualifications
  • Must have at least 1 year of sales team management experience (preferably door-to-door), with a proven track record of success
  • Previous energy industry experience preferred
  • Previous door-to-door agent experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to and manage territory
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background test
