Position Summary
Manager, Pricing & Analysis will be a strong, hands-on leadership role that will be accountable for developing models, maintaining standards for models, along with supporting use of modeling and analytic tools for the company

Position Functions
Research using internal and external resources to advice on tax and accounting issues and proper treatment of structures
Develop, maintain, and own project models that show economics of companys system under various structures, will also establish standards for all models.
Direct with hands-on manner and provide leadership ,also approve final transaction modeling

Background Profile
BS or BA Required, MBA preferred
10+ years experience in after-tax modeling
Recent exposure to modeling renewable energy leasing and partnership transactions
Working knowledge of one or more Excel, ABA and Advantage for Analysts
Ability to work in a fast-paced work-hard, play-hard environment
